Please make sure to inspect your order upon receiving at the reception if the product is damaged or you have received wrong item/s, so we can immediately solve the issue and make it right for you.

For customize order in any occasion, please note that the preparation of the decorative elements of the cakes are made at least 3 days prior to order/delivery as proper procedure will take place to ensure the best quality of making the items. However, we may accept order only those that are possible to process according to the requirements of our customers in the time allowed and we may decline certain orders in case of abrupt order.

If customer cancels an order, it should be at least 2 days before the actual delivery of the order and refunds will be processed 100% of the payment will be returned to the customers depending to the payment used by the customer i.e. credit/debit card or cash. Please allow 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

In case the customer cancels an order within 5 hours of the actual pickup / delivery of the order, NO amount of the deposited money / cash will NOT be returned to the customers. Advance payment for all orders shall be made at the time order.
